If you cannot make a shift, tell us early. These rules are strict.

Need to miss a shift?Tell us early
  • Tell us as soon as you can, and at least 4 hours before your start time.
  • Send your message by email.
  • Miss a shift with no message and it is marked a No-Show.
Important3 missed shifts ends your job
  • Miss 3 shifts and your job ends right away for job abandonment.
  • You will not be able to be rehired.
  • Always tell us about an absence or a late arrival as soon as you can.
During the 10 daysWork your full schedule
  • Venue Services does not give days off during the 10-day event.
  • Work all the shifts you are scheduled for, unless you discussed it with us first.
Arrive on timeCome 15 minutes early
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your shift.
  • This gives you time to get through the park, reach your area, and meet your supervisor.
  • If you will be late, tell us as soon as you can.
